ProLogis Park Yantian has an excellent location. It is located within the Yantian Port Logistics Park in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of Shenzhen and only 2.5km from Yantian International Port. Yantian Port is one of the top four international deep water container ports of China. The logistics park covers an area of 0.96 square kilometres. A road network of Yanpai Expressway, Yanba Expressway and Huiyan Expressway are all easily accessible from the site. The site is 15km from Downtown Shenzhen and a 1 hour drive to Bao’An International Airport.
Shenzhen is part of the Pearl River Delta (PRD) economic region which also includes major cities such as Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai, Dongguan, Huizhou, Foshan and Zhaoqing. Due to its proximity and status as a Special Economic Zone, Shenzhen enjoys very close ties with Hong Kong.
