The successful candidates will spend six to twelve weeks during the summer of 2009 in general practice work experience in a CBRE office within Greater China - the fastest growing region of the world. At the end of the placement, each student will submit a short research paper (the topic of which will be agreed between the student and CBRE).

This opportunity is open only to students of relevant RICS-accredited courses. The scheme started in 2007 and will run for five years, with up to five places available in any one calendar year.
