1. Director (Ref. CQ-OSV-2008-06) Agency Services
Responsibilities: • Manage and lead Office and Retail Services business lines in Chongqing; • Work closely with the Senior Managing Director – China and Managing Director - Chengdu on business development, business strategies and strategy implementation for Agency Services; • Lead all staff in servicing existing instructions, nurturing client relationships and cultivating repeat business and referrals; • Motivate and build agency businesses; and • Build up a successful track record, working with developers, tenants and landlords.
Requirements: • University graduate in Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent; • A minimum 8 years' real estate experience in commercial, retail, residential or industrial services; candidates with management experience essential; • At least three years'working experience in the China market; • A proven track record in sales and marketing and execution of deals; • Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin; • Ability to demonstrate leadership skills with experience in managing a team; • Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges; and • Outgoing personality and ability to work under pressure.
