1. Technical Manager (Ref. DL-ASV-2007-01) Asset Services
Responsibilities: • Handle day-to-day property management operations; • Oversee and manage routine maintenance and repairs of properties; • Supervise technical staff members; • Supervise contractors and release payments; and • Oversee renovation and major repair work.
Requirements: • Degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or equivalent; • 5 years' plus experience in Building Maintenance at a supervisory level preferred; • Good written and spoken English and Mandarin; • Preferably equipped with Registered Electrician License; and • Those with less experience but is aggressive and driven from a similar field will also be considered.
2. Associate Director (Ref. DL-RET-2008-36) Retail Services
Responsibilities: •Take principal responsibility for the profitability of the Retail Services Department; •Manage and monitor the Department's revenue and expenses and ensure that profitability is in line with budget projections; •Plan and implement the Department's annual business plan; •Lead a team in servicing existing clients, nurturing client relationships and cultivating repeat business and referrals; •Generate new consultancy and leasing opportunities from retail owners, occupiers and investors who may be based locally, nationally or internationally; and •Respond quickly to business referrals generated by the CBRE Global Retail Network.
Requirements: •Degree or above with a solid track record in retail agency or consultancy; •Demonstrable leadership skills with over 6 years' experience managing a team; •Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin; •Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges; and •Out-going personality and ability to work under pressure.
