1. Senior Manager/Associate Director (Ref. HZ-OSV-2007-69) Office Services
Responsibilities: • Drive sales and leasing business for commercial properties to reach occupancy goals; • Proactively initiate business development activities through direct mailers, canvassing, etc of existing and new clients; • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients; • Prepare market reports and benchmarking studies; • Attend client meetings; • Maintain a professional attitude and work ethic at all times when representing projects and company image.
Requirements: • Relevant education in Real Estate Sales/Management or a similar discipline; • Excellent understanding of and at least 4 years' real estate and sales experience in the commercial field; • Holder of Real Estate Agency Certificate preferred; • Proven sales experience with an ability to develop strong customer relationships; • Demonstrate meeting and exceeding targets; • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and • Driven and hardworking with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
2. Negotiator (Ref. HZ-OSV-2007-87) Office Services
Responsibilities: •
Provide commercial property information and introduce listings to clients; • Build and maintain relationships with purchasers, tenants, landlords and vendors; • Create and generate property listings; • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database; • Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions; • Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients; and • Assist in land search.
Requirements: • Diploma or degree holder with at least 1 year working experience in property sales and leasing; • Holder of Real Estate Agency Certificate preferred; • Possess a strong understanding and interest in Zhejiang real estate markets; • Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin; • Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges; and • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
