1. Graphic Designer (Ref. SH-CON-2008-31)
CBRE Consulting

Responsibilities:
• Undertake desktop publishing art and graphic design works for market reports;
• Assist in the design and production of computerized slide presentations;
• Archival storage and maintenance of images in the Company's photo bank, including property photos, floor plans, corporate logos, maps, stock photographs and other related materials;
• Undertake the design of materials for use in presentations, advertisements, posters, flyers, brochures, and invitations. This includes working with the Corporate Communications department to implement the Brand Navigator on a company-wide basis for all communication outputs;
• Assist the department in the production of graphic materials for use in proposals, reports and presentations, including overheads, illustrations, maps and plans; and
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by your Department Head or the Management.

Requirements:
• Strong graphic design skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and with different levels of people to meet production deadlines;
• A high degree of computer literacy and familiarity with PC systems and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign applications;
• Essential educational or professional qualifications necessary for successful job performance; and
• A high degree of artistic and design capability.

2. Director (Ref. SH-ILS-2008-43)
Industrial & Logistics Services

Responsibilities:
• Build, manage and lead the Industrial & Logistics Services business line in Shanghai;
• Work closely with the Executive Director, Industrial & Logistics Services – Greater China on business development, business strategies and strategy implementation for the department;
• Lead a team in servicing existing instructions, nurturing client relationships and cultivating repeat business and referrals;
• Build up a successful track record, working with developers, tenants and landlords; and
• Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Executive Director, Industrial & Logistics Services – Greater China or Management.

Requirements:
• University graduate in Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent;
• A minimum 7 years' real estate experience in commercial, retail, residential or industrial services; candidates with management experience essential;
• At least 3 years' working experience in the China market, preferably with relevant experience in Shanghai/Eastern China;
• A proven track record in sales and marketing and execution of deals;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills with experience in managing a team;
• Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges; and
• Outgoing personality and ability to work under pressure.

3. Senior Manager (Ref. SH-CON-2007-51)
CBRE Consulting

Responsibilities:
• Support the Associate Director in coordinating and supervising the execution of assignments;
• Supervise and execute consultancy projects and activities; 
• Participate in client relationship management; and
• Assist in the growth and development of the consulting business.

Requirements:
• At least 6 years' relevant experience in real estate development and related business or consultancy;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese, with sound writing skills in both languages.  English proficiency minimum 6th grade;
• A degree from a recognised university, preferably in Estate Management, Business or Economics;
• A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations;
• Sound analytical skills paying particular attention to details;
• Able to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; and
• Ability to perform business development a definite advantage.

4. Analyst / Assistant Analyst (Ref. SH-VAS-2008-01)
Valuation & Advisory Services

Responsibilities:
• Handling financial modelling and valuation reports;
• Liaising with clients for collecting information;
• Internet research and on-site due diligence (need travelling, mainly within China);
• Explaining valuation to clients/ their auditors;
• Analysing financial statements, data and industrial trends;
• Keeping track of the latest accounting standards in Hong Kong and China that relates to valuation;
• Assisting in our promotion and marketing;
• Station in Shanghai and report to Hong Kong team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master degree with major in Finance/ Accounting/ Statistics;
• Fresh graduate or one year experience is preferred;
• Passed CFA level 1 or higher level (preferred but optional);
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin;
• Strong mathematical and analytical mindset; and
• Proficiency in Excel.

5. Senior Manager (Ref. SH-HRS-2008-13)
Human Resources – Central China

Responsibilities:
• Act as a business partner to the Director, Operations - Greater China in developing, planning and setting HR strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures and ensure effective and timely implementation;
• Provide operational and strategic HR services to the business in line with the HR Strategic plan to optimize the use of the Company's human resources and maximize profitability;
• Work cooperatively with managers of other Shared Service units to ensure an integrated approach is taken in supporting the Company's strategic goals;
• Liaise with management to ensure integration, implementation, and maintenance of relevant HR programmes, policies and procedures affecting staff at all job grades across the Greater China business;
• Oversee HR operations and activities, including employee relations, compensation & benefits (C&B), manpower planning, recruitment and selection, preparation of employment contract and amendments, employee visa applications, basic training, HR systems, and payroll ensuring compliance with local legislation and market practice; and
• Provide a consultancy service to empower Managers, and develop HR skills and knowledge in the Managers and Operations Managers within CBRE.

Requirements:
• University degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline;
• A minimum of  9 years' experience in effective HR functions and management, including those related to attraction and retention, career planning, developing organisational culture, and exit strategies;
• Experience within the real estate industry would be an advantage.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in planning and executing HR strategies at all job grades, in a timely and cost effective manner;
• Strong detailed knowledge of employment legislation (particularly related to fair and ethical treatment of all employees), local and regional policies and regulatory requirements; and
• Advanced level in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
