Responsibilities:
• Conduct feasibility studies relating to development and redevelopment opportunities;
• Undertake viability studies, property market surveys and investment analysis;
• Assist with investment consultancy projects working and coordinate with colleagues in offices across Northern China;
• Consolidate and compile research findings;
• Assist senior management in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments.
 
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree holder or above from a recognized international university, preferably in real estate, mathematics or business;
• At least 2 years' experience in property industry, either with a property investor or developer in an advisory role;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Independent, driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and report writing skills; and
• Candidates with prior experience in equity research, fund management, or investment consulting focusing on the property sector highly desirable.
