1. Assistant Manager / Manager (Ref. SZ-RET-2008-65)  
Retail Services (Based in Shenzhen) 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate business in the leasing or sale/acquisition of properties;
  • Supervise junior team members and assist your senior directors in the day-to-day running of the Department;
  • Drive sales by providing retail property information and introducing listings to clients; 
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords;
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions; and
  • Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience;
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Good presentation and communication skills and service-oriented;
  • A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations; and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Power Point.

2. Manager / Assistant Manager - Shenzhen/Guangzhou (Ref. GZ-CON-2008-02) 
CBRE Consulting

 

Responsibilities:
• Conduct feasibility studies relating to development and redevelopment opportunities in Greater China;

• Undertake retail viability studies, property market surveys and investment analysis;

• Manage investment consultancy projects working and coordinating with colleagues across Greater China independently;

• Consolidate and compile research findings;

• Liaise with clients and work with consultants of different disciplines; and

• Assist senior management in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments.

 

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree holder or above from a recognized international university;

• At least 5 years' experience in property industry, such as with a property investor or developer in an advisory role;

• Written and spoken English at a native level essential;

• Independent, driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and report writing skills; and

• Candidates with prior experience in equity research, fund management, or investment consulting focusing on the property sector highly desirable.
