Residential Project Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Lead a small team in business development activities with the ultimate aim of achieving set sales targets;
• Service the needs of home buyers, private investors, real estate investment funds, developers and owners to achieve their sales goals and maximize returns in residential property investment;
• Coordinate with overseas marketing teams and assist negotiators in the execution of sales;
• Assisting the Managing Director in overseeing departmental management initiatives and other ad hoc projects;
• Providing superior service to our clients with the aim of building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Requirements:
• A solid track record in residential sales and marketing, with particular focus in the luxury residential and resort markets;
• An undergraduate degree;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese. Candidates with a fluency in other languages are preferred;
• Proficient in MS Office applications; and
• Be highly disciplined, motivated and possess strong leadership skills with an appetite for challenges.
