Wuhan office, as the fourteenth full service office operated by CB Richard Ellis in Greater China, was formally opened in December 18th 2007. It represented a further component of the strategic expansion of the company in both the fast growing Central China region as well as in Greater China as a whole. The establishment of a presence in Wuhan will also allow CB Richard Ellis to better meet the growing real estate needs of domestic and international developers, investors and occupiers as they expand into new markets in Central China.

Situated in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, Wuhan is the capital of Hubei Province . With the addition of this office in Wuhan, CB Richard Ellis now operates full service offices in all key regions across China, meaning that we are very well placed to meet the real estate needs of clients throughout Greater China.

The diversified range of industries in Wuhan represents a strong underlying base to the development of the real estate sector in the city. Wuhan office will provide a wide range of real estate services relating to the office, retail, residential, hotel, industrial and logistics sectors of the market, and will build upon the existing assignments and mandates being undertaken by CB Richard Ellis in the city.
