As Managing Director of PT CB Richard Ellis Indonesia, Azwardy is responsible for all activities done by the Richard Elli’s branch Indonesia.
Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Azwardy has over 14 years experience in the
Real Estate Industry in Indonesia. He has work for a number of notable Real Estate Companies in Indonesia, including PT Pembangunan Jaya, PT Jan Darmadi Corporation and the Astra Group. Responsibilities covered Head of Business Development, Chief Engineer and Planning, and Project Management.
Throughout his career in the Real Estate industy, Azwardy has been instrumental in several major projects within Jakarta and West Java. He often lead teams from the feasibility study, design, land acquisition, project development to property management. |
