2022 Beijing Office Tenant Profile

The emergence of new industries has spurred an evolution in occupier trends in Beijing’s office market at a time when a large volume of new supply has come on stream over the past three years. To better understand the composition of office demand in Beijing, CBRE recently conducted a study of 2,753 occupiers, about 5.2 million sq. m. of space and 138 Grade A buildings, comparing with the previous results conducted in 2019 and 2016.
