The emergence of new industries has spurred an evolution in occupier trends in Beijing’s office market over the past three years. To better understand the composition of office demand in Beijing, CBRE recently conducted a study of 2,809 occupiers, about 5.73 million sq. m. of space and 165 Grade A buildings, comparing with the previous results conducted in 2022, 2019 and 2016.
