Q2 2026  market highlights:

 

  • Total leasing activity reached only 451,600 sq m;

     

  • Demand was driven by manufacturing companies, accounting for nearly half of the new demand this quarter;

 

  • The vacancy rate increased and stands at 5.47%, up by 67 basis points year-on-year;

 

  • Out of 1.15 million sqm under construction, nearly 600,000 sqm are expected to be delivered next quarter;
