Rohini is responsible for leading and driving key occupier strategies, workplace and portfolio planning and leading account management for various clients across Asia Pacific. Rohini has over 20 years of Transaction Management and Consulting experience in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining CBRE, Rohini led the Hong Kong Client Solutions group for Cushman & Wakefield and was responsible for leading key client accounts and developing new business based out of the Hong Kong office. From 2004 to 2006, Rohini had dual responsibility as the National Manager for the Tenant Strategies & Solutions (TSS) and Client Solutions groups in India for C&W. In that role, she was responsible for business development, account management and transaction management for key clients across India.
Prior to that, Rohini was the Regional Manager for the TSS team for North India. Based in New Delhi, Rohini was responsible for business development and account management of clients with real estate needs across North India. She was also involved with account management of select accounts on a pan India basis. From 1997 until 2001, Rohini was the senior member for Corporate Services in C&W India. As one of the first employees of C&W India, she played a key role in the setting up of the systems and practices for the Corporate Services division in India. Prior to joining C&W, Rohini was with Colliers Jardine as part of the commercial tenant representation team in New Delhi.
