Linda Kramer

Linda Kramer serves as the Regional Director, US West Region for CBRE’s Global Occupancy Management (OM) team. In this role, she brings over 15 years of workplace design and occupancy planning experience to support the pursuit of new business opportunities, and provides subject matter expertise to our OM clients across both Global Workplace Solutions and Advisory & Transaction Services, applying a metrics driven approach with benchmarking and integrated technologies.

Previously, Linda served as a Senior Director within a global Occupancy Planning Operations organization, providing solutions to prospective occupancy strategy project level and annuity engagements based in the US West Region. Prior to that, Linda was a dedicated resource on-account as Senior Occupancy Planning lead for City National Bank, directly interfacing with financial executives, leading occupancy planning strategy and recommendations for critical real estate decision-making.

Linda’s experience prior to CBRE also includes nearly a decade at two leading commercial interior design firms in Los Angeles, California. As a technical lead, her corporate interior design projects ranged from schematic space planning to construction and contract administration. As Job Captain at Shlemmer + Algaze + Associates in the Accounts & Sustainability practice, and Job Captain at Gensler in the Real Estate Owners & Managers studio, she completed tenant improvement projects focused on aiding brokerage and landlord-driven project delivery.

Linda is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and enjoys supporting local Bay Area philanthropic organizations and community events.
