Rita Wong

Rita Wong is Executive Director and Head of Valuation & Consulting for CBRE’s Greater China region which covers Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan offices.

With more than 150 professionals across Greater China, the VAS team provides professional Valuation & Advisory services covering a wide range of sectors, including residential and commercial properties, hotels and leisure, rating and taxation, litigation, plant and machinery, mergers and acquisitions, rent reviews and business valuations. As part of VAS team, the consulting team offers strategic advice and real estate consultancy services to investors, occupiers and governments.

Rita joins CBRE with more than 27 years of experience in the valuation industry. She has built an exceptional reputation in the market, not only for the depth and breadth of her valuation expertise, but also for her leadership skills.

Prior to joining CBRE, Rita held the position of Head of Hong Kong/Macau Valuation Advisory Services at JLL, where she built her reputation as one of APAC's leading lights in the valuation industry, and gained extensive experience in the Greater China valuations business.

Rita joined JLL in 1993 and head JLL's Hong Kong/Macau Valuations Advisory Services since 2018. Her professional geographic experience spans cross Greater China and various key Asia markets including India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and other ASEAN countries.

Rita is also active in the professional institute, having held a Board member seat with RICS Hong Kong (2016-2019) and various working groups since 2015.
