As a Senior Managing Director with more than 20 years of experience, Eric’s primary role is to oversee and manage CBRE’s Business Transition & Move Management team. Eric leads a team of 50+ professionals in 15 markets throughout the U.S. and Canada that focus on large-scale, complex relocations in both the private and public sectors. His team dissects the hundreds of variables impacting a successful relocation, resulting in projects that are executed on time, within budget, and most importantly, with high customer satisfaction for each employee that relocates.
Eric has authored the CBRE Large Move Management Playbook including the creation of our five-phase, best-in-class service delivery model. The playbook was also used as the driver for CBRE Foundations (internal Project Management training tool) Occupancy Management Module. Eric led a team of project managers in creating the module which is now used to train CBRE staff throughout the world.
CBRE Move Management delivery model provides a consistent approach to complex relocation projects with a focus on end-user communications/satisfaction. A large relocation involves each and every end-user in the occupied facility and the Move Management team consistently receives 90%+ end-user satisfaction scores on projects they manage.
