CBRE announces a new long-term lease for Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP, a full-service law firm with a national and international client base, at KPMG Plaza at HALL Arts in the Dallas Arts District. Bell Nunnally will occupy 42,000 square feet in the top two penthouse floors at HALL Arts and is expected to move into the unique space in July 2018.  Gensler’s team of Paul Manno and Cherrie Wysong is leading the design of the new offices and Scott + Reid will serve as general contractors for the project.

“After experiencing tremendous growth in all facets of the firm during our 30 years in Uptown Dallas, we decided to move to the prestigious Dallas Arts District.  The new location will help us better serve our clients and continue to attract and retain top legal talent,” said Jim Skochdopole, Managing Partner of Bell Nunnally.

In the past five years, Bell Nunnally has added 33 attorneys, including nine partners, and launched several new practice areas, including White Collar Criminal and Regulatory Defense and Cryptocurrency/Bitcoin.

Bell Nunnally will move into their new space on the building’s 18th and 19th floors, bringing KPMG Plaza to 93 percent leased.  Other major tenants at the building include anchor tenant KPMG, Jackson Walker LLP, UMB Bank, SpencerStuart, Teknion, Serendipity Labs and Hall Group.

“After a full evaluation of the downtown and uptown market, Bell Nunnally negotiated a strategic long-term transaction for the top two floors at Hall Arts with 12 foot high ceilings and expansive views,” said Jeff Ellerman, Vice Chairman, CBRE. “It will be an inspiring space for them to practice law for many years to come.”

CBRE’s Scott EldredgeKris Hopson, Lynn Lem and Darcy Pinham will lead project management, move and furniture coordination services for Bell Nunnally.

“Bell Nunnally is a great addition to our roster of quality firms at KPMG Plaza and we are thrilled to welcome them to the building,” said Ms. Butler, Director of Leasing at HALL Group. “With a rich history spanning almost four decades in Dallas, we know they will continue their tradition of excellence from their new home in the Dallas Arts District.”
