CBRE Appoints New Associate Director of Asset Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma

CBRE announces that Derick Hopper has been appointed Associate Director of Asset Services based in Tulsa.

In this role he will be responsible for the operations and overall performance of the market’s mixed portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. In partnership with Michelle Anderson, Associate Managing Director, Mr. Hopper will lead the Asset Services team in the Oklahoma and Arkansas markets.

Mr. Hopper joined CBRE in 2008 and has most recently served as the Senior Asset Services Operations Analyst for the Oklahoma and Arkansas markets. Mr. Hopper brings a background in Accounting, Operations and Strategic Planning. 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and is currently finishing his joint Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tulsa. Mr. Hopper’s education and experience will continue to drive the financial performance of the market.
