CBRE announced today that Casey Grosscope has joined its Denver office as a Vice President with Advisory & Transaction Services. Most recently an Associate Director with Newmark Knight Frank in Denver, Mr. Grosscope will specialize in occupier services for new and existing CBRE clients around the world.

“With his entire career focused solely on supporting commercial real estate occupiers, Casey brings both a passion for that side of the business and an analytical, corporate-minded focus that allows him to connect companies with their ideal spaces here in Colorado and across the globe,” said Pete Schippits, Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE in Colorado.

Over the length of his career, Mr. Grosscope has executed over 1 million sq. ft. of transactions exclusively for occupiers of commercial space. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including oil and gas, architecture, engineering and manufacturing.

At CBRE, Mr. Grosscope will work alongside Ty Ritchie, Doug Bakke, Lee Diamond and Todd Papazian, who were named Top Office Broker Team of the Year by NAIOP’s Colorado chapter last year.

“It’s exciting to join CBRE and be part of a market-leading group of professionals. From day one I could see that this company is different. From its global reach to its broad range of services and top-of-the-line technology resources, CBRE truly stands out as a world-class organization,” said Mr. Grosscope.

Prior to his tenure with Newmark Knight Frank, where he worked in Global Corporate Services, Mr. Grosscope was part of Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory Services. He received his Bachelor of Science in International Affairs from the University of Colorado.
