CBRE Arranges Three New Leases Totaling 20,000 Sq. Ft. at RiverView at Purchase

CBRE has announced three new leases totaling 20,000 sq. ft. at RiverView at Purchase, a 120,000 sq. ft. Class A commercial office property located at 287 Bowman Avenue along Westchester’s renowned “Platinum Mile” in Purchase, N.Y. CBRE’s William V. Cuddy, Jr. and Jacqueline Novotny arranged the leases on behalf of the landlord, Phoenix Capital Partners, LLC, as the exclusive leasing agents for the building.
In the largest of the three new deals, law firm Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. signed a seven-year deal for 13,000 sq. ft. on the top floor of the four-story property overlooking the lush landscaping, where they will be relocating from their current Rye Brook space at 800 Westchester Avenue. BlueWhite Legal Capital LLC, a privately held litigation funding provider, has leased 4,500 sq. ft. on the second floor of the building while Sappi North America, Inc., a sustainable wood fibre products and solutions distributor, has leased 2,500 sq. ft. on the second floor.
