Specific Systems Expands Tulsa Operation
18 12月 2018
Specific Systems has expanded its Tulsa manufacturing operation by relocating to a larger, 87,350-square-foot manufacturing and distribution space. This move will allow Specific Systems to meet growing demands and revenue forecast.
Specific Systems, established in 1974, engineers and manufactures explosion proof air conditioners and industrial grade HVAC systems for hazardous and severe duty applications.
“Specific Systems had an urgent need for a much larger space,” says Dwyane Flynn, First Vice President at CBRE. “This new facility provides the expanded manufacturing capacity to meet the rapidly growing demands of the industry."
“Working with CBRE, we were able to quickly identify a new space and fortunately expedite a quick lease,” says Justin Bray, Chief Executive Officer of Specific Systems. “Moving to this new facility will not only allow us to increase our overall capacity by more than 50%, but it will also allow us to arrange our manufacturing processes to be more efficient, therefore enabling us to reduce costs, increase quality and productivity and better meet our customer commitments.”
Effective December 5, 2018, Specific Systems took occupancy at 439 W. 41st St. in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
