Plans for New Development at Northwest Highway and Abrams Taking Shape
On behalf of The Ainbinder Company, CBRE announces an initial slate of tenants for the much-anticipated 180,000-square-foot High Point Crossing retail development at the northwest corner of E. Northwest Highway and Abrams Road in Dallas.
Academy Sports + Outdoors, Marshalls, Burlington and Five Below will anchor the development. Several other national retailers and service users, as well as fast casual restaurants, are in the final stages of negotiation.
A new traffic signal has been approved to be added on Northwest Highway just west of Abrams Road, which will allow for a steady flow of traffic in and out of the center.
“High Point Crossing demonstrates the relevance of what today’s brick and mortar retail concepts should be – visible, accessible, and easy to navigate,” said Jeff Kittleson, Senior Vice President, CBRE. “You will be able to park your car and hit five to six stores within a very short period of time.”
High Point Crossing is under construction and will open in Fall 2018.
