In 2024, David was named the Top Overall Producer in CBRE’s Orlando office and recognized as one of the firm’s Top 20 Industrial Brokers in North America. With a career deal volume exceeding $10 billion and thousands of completed transactions, David has established himself as a dominant force in industrial real estate nationally. Over his 28-year career, he has been honored 25 times as NAIOP Central Florida’s Industrial Broker of the Year—a testament to his market expertise and relentless drive.
A Penn State graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, David launched his real estate career early, earning his license at just 18 years old in the summer before his freshman year. While balancing academics and a part-time real estate career, he was also a standout on the Penn State Men’s Ice Hockey Team, later earning induction into the Penn State Hockey Hall of Fame before playing professionally in the East Coast Hockey League. Today, he remains deeply connected to his alma mater, serving on the Executive Advisory Board for Penn State’s real estate program, where he helps guide the next generation of industry leaders.
