James leads comprehensive project teams through all phases of strategic planning, design, construction, and occupancy for projects in a variety of industries throughout the Chicagoland area. With a laser focus on achieving clients’ goals, his attention to detail and ability to maintain project schedules and budgets ensures delivery of exceptional outcomes.
James is an industry veteran with over 27 years of experience in project management and construction in the Midwest. Drawing on best practices learned throughout his career, James provides owner’s representative services for the delivery of tenant improvement projects ranging in size from minor build-outs to headquarters campus renovations over 600,000 SF. When previously working at multiple large general contracting firms, James was responsible for leading ground-up construction efforts for a wide range of project types, including retail, industrial/warehouse, healthcare, midrise office, midrise multifamily residential, and phased site improvements.
