Since 1995, Jeremy Woods has specialized in industrial commercial real estate, gaining vast transactional and development experience along the way. He has a singular focus on industrial owners, occupiers, investors and developers. He is driven to bring unsurpassed market knowledge to every client and every transaction.
One of the ways he does this is via his proprietary platform called the Competitive Intelligence Report, or CIR. Built in Power BI this comprehensive report is a chronical of his product type specialty – modern bulk distribution space. The CIR goes beyond typical research platforms on the market; it enables him to convey the current state of the market to his clients and position them to capitalize on that environment confidently. Jeremy thrives on creating optimal outcomes for the most complex transactions. Whether it’s an owner, investor, occupier or developer, he brings the experience and skill necessary to create meaningful, positive impact.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jeremy spent 10 years with Cushman & Wakefield SUMMIT as an owner and brokerage professional in their industrial advisory services division. Prior to this experience, Jeremy was with Prologis, the largest industrial owner in the world, as a marketing representative where he ultimately ascended to the Market Officer position responsible for their entire 5MSF Indianapolis portfolio. Jeremy started his career with Pizzuti Companies in Columbus Ohio after graduating from The Ohio State University where he majored in Real Estate and Urban Analysis.
